Muddle* two cucumber slices with 6 mint leaves
2 oz Hendricks .75 lime .75 agave Add ice
Top with club soda
Give it a quick swizzle or stir
Garnish with mint**
*When muddling with mint, do so gently and just give it a couple of presses. Over muddling causes bitterness.
**when using mint as a garnish, place the mint in the palm of your hand and slap it once. This will express the oils from the mint without bruising it and making it bitter.
