Created for DJ Spinderella for the Ballet Fete 2012!!

• 2 oz Bacardi 8yr rum
• 1 oz Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth
• 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 Benedictine soaked cherry for garnish

Place rum, vermouth and bitters into a pint glass filled with ice. Spin it, like Spinderella...or just stir about 40 times.

Strain into chilled martini glass.

To make the Benedictine cherry garnish:

Fill a mason jar with cherries, top with Benedictine and seal...let sit for a couple days, up to a week or two. You may use frozen cherries or pitted fresh cherries...just don't use jarred or canned.
