Sangria, White Elderflower Sangria
In a wide mouth pitcher combine:
- 2 white peaches, chunked
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 gala apples, chunked
- 1 cup, Elderflower Liqueur, St Germain
- 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc, or other dry white wine
If you have time, let the fruit soak with the St Germain for an hour or so. Stir and serve in goblets filled with ice.
