Ramos Gin Fizz
1.5oz Gin
.5oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1oz Simple Syrup
3 drops of orange flower water
1 egg white
Combine ingredients (except soda) in a mixing glass. Shake with ice for about one minute to completely emulsify the drink, with the goal of achieving a "ropy" texture. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with club soda. No garnish.
