Pisco Sour

  • 2oz Pisco
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White*
  • Angostura Bitters, garnish
Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of Angostura bitters, or spray the top with bitters from a Misto.
