Pinot Noir Syrup

  • 2 parts evaporated cane juice sugar
  • 1 part pinot noir

Blend and store in cooler, up to one week.

Or,

  • 2 cups Pinot Noir
  • 2 cups Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Bring to boil until syrupy, strain, chill and store in cooler, for up to a couple of weeks.
