1oz Aged Rum such as Bacardi Anejo or Flor de Cana 7 Year
1oz Wray & Nephew overproof White Rum
.75oz Paula's Texas Orange or Orange Curacao
.75oz Orgeat
.75oz Lime Juice
Blackstrap Rum, floater
Combine all ingredients exept blackstrap rum in a mixing glass and shake well with ice to chill. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig, lime wedge, and sugar cane stick.
