- 3 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 dash bitters
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 5 mint leaves
- ginger ale top (2-3 oz)
Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice. Double strain over ice into a long collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.
*This can also be made into a Punch. Just multiply the ingredients by 8 or 16.
