- 1 oz. dark rum
- 1 oz. light rum
- 1/2-oz. Galliano
- 3/4-oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz. passionfruit syrup or grenadine
- 1-1/2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1-1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- dash of angostura bitters
- fresh tropical fruit for garnish
- ice
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh tropical fruit.
