2oz Rum
1oz Brandy
.5oz Gin
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
.5oz Orgeat
.5oz (scant) Raw Sugar Syrup
Cream Sherry, float
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and shake with ice to chill. Strain into a tall glass filled with cracked ice. Float the sherry on top of the drink. Serve with a straw.
