Tacy was a national finalist at the 2012 Don Q Cocktail Competition in New York City with this cocktail recipe!

• 1 oz Don Q Gran Anejo
• 1/2 oz Don Q Anejo
• 1/2 oz Don Q Cristal
• 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Fresh grated cinnamon
• 2 dashes Bitterman's Tiki bitters
• Spray/mist of Tenneyson Absinthe Royale
  

Mist your favorite tiki glass with Tenneyson Absinthe Royale. In a cocktail tin, combine all 3 rums, the maraschino liqueur, grapefruit, lime, simple syrup and tiki bitters with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into your ice-filled tiki glass. Grate fresh cinnamon over the drink. Garnish with a lime peel and, if desired, some fresh mint.
