Spicy Paloma

In a shaker:
  • muddle cucumber and jalapeno...with or without seeds depending on how spicy you likey
  • 1oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1oz fresh lime juice
  • 1oz agave nectar
  • 2oz 100% agave silver tequila (Don Julio or your favorite)
  • add ice & shake well
  • double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  • Top with grapefruit soda (Fresca)
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh jalapeno and lime wheel

Tequila Lime Punch


 

  • peels from 8 limes
  • 1.5 cups of superfine, RAW sugar
  • 1.5 cups boiling filtered water
  • 10 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 2, 750ml bottles 100% Agave Tequila, Reposado Preferred
Muddle lime rind & sugar, let sit for a couple hours and continue to muddle when you think about it.
add boiling water to create a syrup
add lime & orange juice
strain out the lemon peels
add tequila and let steep overnight
serve in large punch bowl with one giant ice cube*
add about a 1-3 cups of chilled sparkling water to taste
serve in coupe glasses
Orange slice garnish


*note: to create a 1.5 quart ice cube, fill a milk carton with water, freeze, tear away cardboard just before serving

Herradura Brisa

  • 1 ½ oz. Herradura® Blanco
  • 2 oz. Fresh Lemonade
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a squeeze of lime.


Herradura Spicy Mule

  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 ½ oz. Herradura® Reposado
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave Nectar
  • 4 oz. Ginger Ale
Muddle jalapenos in shaker. Add all other ingredients into shaker. Roll to mix. Fill tall glass with ice. Strain into glass. Garnish with a jalapeno pepper.


Ambhar Watermelon Fresca

  • 1.25 oz. Ambhar® Platinum tequila
  • .5 oz. St. Germaine® Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5 cups watermelon juice (see below)
  • 7UP® (Not Sprite or Squirt)
  • Garnish with a watermelon wedge and mint sprig
Watermelon Juice: Slice and cube watermelon. Put into blender and blend until smooth. Run liquid through strainer and discard pulp. Juice will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Putting it all together:
In a shaker, add first three ingredients and top with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour into a zombie glass with ice. Top with 7UP. Stir and garnish with a watermelon wedge and a mint sprig.

Ambhar Pickled Cowboy

  • 2 oz. Ambhar® Reposado tequila
  • .75 oz. fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz. Talk O’ Texas® Hot Pickled Okra Juice
  • .5 oz. agave syrup (1:1 agave nectar:water)
  • .25 oz. fresh orange juice
  • Rim with Kosher salt and cracked black pepper
  • Garnish with a pickled okra and orange skewer
 
Putting it all together:
In a shaker, combine all ingredients and top with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rimmed margarita glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a skewered orange wedge and pickled okra.




Pina Ardiente

  • 2 oz Corzo silver
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • .75 oz black peppercorn infused agave nectar*

*(equal parts agave and water, simmered with cracked peppercorns for 5 minutes on very low heat)

Shake and strain over ice.



The Deconstructed Sangria

Fill shaker with ice
1.5 oz. silver tequila
3 oz. Riunite Lambrusco
Squeeze & Drop (1) clementine or (1) half small orange
2 dashes lemon or orange bitters
Garnish mint sprig and blackberry



Bloody Maria

4oz House-Made Bloody Mary Mix or your favorite
1.5oz Tequila, 100% agave

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and roll to mix. Strain over ice into Collins glass. Garnish with lime wedge, celery stalk, and jalepeno stuffed olive spear.

Tequila Sage Smash


  • 2oz 100% Agave Tequila
  • ¾oz Agave Nectar
  • Half of a lemon, quartered
  • 6 Fresh sage leaves plus 1 to garnish
Place agave nectar and lemon into a shaker and muddle to combine. Add the sage and muddle gently until leaves are just broken. Add the tequila to the shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 35 seconds and then double* strain into a cocktail glass.

*Always strain cocktails that include little bits of herbs through a mesh strainer. Who wants sage in their teeth?!
